What is Dootyful Yards?

Dootyful Yards is a full-service dog waste removal company. We are passionate about making sure every dog has a clean, safe place to spend time outside, and save time for dog parents.

How does your service work?

We offer a dog waste removal in Dekalb, Sycamore, Rochelle, and Lee, IL. Simply fill out a brief form to get your FREE quote and Dootyful Yards will remove your dog's waste as often as you need.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on how many dogs you have, and how often you want Dootyful Yards to clean up. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Click here to get your FREE quote.

Do you have arrival windows?

At this time, we cannot offer arrival windows. Our routes are planned the day before clean-up to create the most optimal route to keep our costs low. You will receive a text when our Retriever is on their way, and another when the clean-up is complete.

What does full-service mean?

That means Dootyful Yards cleans all areas of your yard that your dog leaves waste, and we take the waste with us when we're done. That means your entire yard is cleaned, and your trash bin remains sanitary and doesn't get that strong pet waste smell.

How will you make sure my dog is safe?

At Dootyful Yards, our Retrievers (the poop scoopers) sanitize their equipment after each cleaning to prevent the spread of pests and diseases. The sanitizer we use meets PPGSA (The Professional Pet Groomers and Stylists Alliance) standards.

Your personal Retriever will also send a text message when they are finished with a photo of your gate closed and locked, so you know your dog is safe the next time you let them out.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope! There are no contracts to sign and you can cancel your service at any time! For more information, please see our Terms of Service.

Will you clean with my dog in the yard?

Of course, we love dogs! We do ask that if your dog has shown any signs of fear or aggression towards people that you leave them inside during cleaning. The safety of your dog and our Retrievers is our #1 priority. If your dog shows any aggression towards our staff we will have to ask you to put them inside, or you will be removed from our route.

Do I request a specific day or time?

Dootyful Yards cannot guarantee a specific time for your waste removal. Routes are planned the day before clean-up, and there are many variables that go into scheduling. You may request a specific day from the days we have available and we will do our best to accommodate, however days will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
