Dootyful Yards – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dootyful Yards, we strive to provide dependable, high-quality pet waste removal services. We value your trust, and we want to make sure our policies are clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Subscription Services

Cancellation Anytime – Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
First 30 Days – If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a refund for the full month minus the cost of any cleanings already performed.
After 30 Days – Subscription cancellations made after the first month will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
Service Suspension – Once canceled, services will cease at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise arranged.

One-Time Cleanings

Free Cancellation Window – Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will not incur a fee.
Late Cancellation Fee – If a one-time cleaning is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling – We’re happy to reschedule your one-time cleaning at no cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident choosing Dootyful Yards. If you are unsatisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right at no extra charge.

Other Terms

Access to Property – Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible entry to the yard during scheduled visits. Missed cleanings due to inaccessible property are non-refundable.
Weather Policy – In cases of severe weather, we may reschedule your cleaning for the earliest possible date. You will not be charged for missed visits that cannot be rescheduled.
